nice balanced flavor with some black tea notes going on. maybe it's my brew method, but it feels very light on the palate

Ethiopian was a delicious cup of coffee, just not my favorite so far. I’m slowly testing them all and all of them are excellent quality with smooth taste. Lighter flavor, not as intense as I prefer.
